Hi! I am

Natalie Dove

I’ve always been surrounded by creativity. Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio with parents who worked in the art industry, I was immersed in talent and inspiration from day one. When my family moved to Virginia, I picked up a camera in high school and never put it down. I became fascinated with how photographers told stories through angles, lighting, and editing, and that spark lit the path for my career.

That path led me to Columbus College of Art & Design, where I started as a Photography major before falling in love with Graphic Design. I became very interested with how brands communicate, with the colors they choose, the way they adapt to trends, and how design shapes how we connect with products. This curiosity became the backbone of my portfolio.

Along the way, I’ve been honored with a Rising Star Award nomination from AFF, had my work displayed in the Crane Center, Kinney Hall, Canzani Center, and featured on CCAD’s Crane Café Instagram. I’ve designed menus, shot product photography, created promotional posters, and even ran social media marketing, all while gaining hands-on experience collaborating with clients and companies, from small cafés to a major banking firm in Columbus.

Now, as I head into my senior year, I’m stepping into a management role at Crane Café while continuing to take on design and photography projects. My goal is to keep creating bold, fresh, and fun work that connects with people, whether that’s through a perfectly lit photo, a smartly designed ad, or a brand identity that just clicks.
